What makes a player a high roller?

April 22nd, 2007 · No Comments

At online casinos the average player spends about $600 per lifetime at the casino. So when a player comes in and spends several thousand dollars playing casino games in a months time, they are considered a high roller. There is different levels of high roller players. Players who wager a lot even if they win are higher rollers too. In Vegas a high roller player is based on your play. So even if you leave Vegas a winner you may be a high roller player and qualify for comps on rooms, food and beverages. They time into consideration the amount of wagering done in a specific time period. So if you spent 3 days in Vegas and played on machines from more than 24 hours total, you are not considered a good player. Now if you wagered a lot in those 24 hours ( not playing 1 cent slot machines for 9 credits or 9 cents per spin ) then you are a high roller. Now that you are a high roller what should you expect? In Vegas, limo ride to and from airport, free room, free food, free drinks, show tickets are just a few of the comps. Online they can not comp you in the same way. So you will see more cash comps as well as gifts at your door.
